About the SSD
The SSD contains the results of pairwise, all-by-all superpositions of a representative set of 115 (beta/alpha)8 barrel
structures (TIM barrels).
The SSD has been developed to address the need for resources and tools for understanding large sets of superpositions in order to
understand evolutionary relationships and to make predictions of function.
