SSD User Interface Help

An example of how the SSD can be used for comparative analyses investigating the common function of the well-characterized enolase superfamily, a superfamily of (beta/alpha)₈ proteins. (Babbitt, et.al., 1996) Methods similar to those described here can be used to discover new superfamily relationships or structure-function relationships.
